How to Make a Difference
Congratulations! You’ve now taken the first step to creating a voice for our children on Capitol Hill! However, there is still so much that you can do – without having to come to Washington. Below are three letters we have posted for you to send to your Congressman in support of House Resolution 1386.
The first is a letter thanking your Member if he has already signed on as a cosponsor.
The second letter is to thank your Member for taking the time to see you during your visit in DC.
If you didn’t get the chance to attend the Lead the Way…Change Their Future FPWR Annual Conference 2008 and speak to your Congressman in person, that’s ok!
The third letter is for you to send asking your Congressman to support House Resolution 1386. It’s easy, choose the letter that is appropriate to you, download it, personalize it, then click on the link below to find your Congressman’s email address, and email him the letter! It is that easy to make a difference and advocate for our children.
